MILATHANGKA Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing MILATHANGKA! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

1. Returns:
All returns must be initiated once customer receives the order no later than 24 hours of receiving the item.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
MILATHANGKA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Exchanges:
If the packaging is damaged or defective please check the item and refuse to accept it.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will aim to replace the item, but in some cases it might take time to rebuild or construct them hence do bear with us.
However if we are unable to reconstruct the painting, statues, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Contact our customer service team at info.milathanka@gmail.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

5. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
6. Exceptions:
Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product description for any specific guidelines.
